If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Can I return a plant if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return your plant within 30 days, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Return shipping costs will apply unless the plant is defective or damaged.
8. Do you offer plant pots or accessories?
Currently, we focus on providing premium plants. However, we may introduce plant pots and accessories in the future—stay tuned!
